Gerardina Trovato
Sophomore Attempt (Catania, 27 May 1967) is a singer-songwriter from Catania italiana.Figlia a doctor and a piano teacher, follows 19 years in accountancy diploma and moved almost immediately to Rome, in order to join of the music world. After some work experience as a backup singer, thanks to his friend journalist Piero Vivarelli manages to listen to his tape-audition to Caterina Caselli, owner together with record label Sugar husband, who remains struck by the voice of Gerald and entrusts the producer Mauro Malavasi to prepare for his first album Sophomore Attempt.
