Bossasonic
During the summer of 2007, while DJ’ing around Europe, Marco De Falco and Daniela Del Core had the idea of a music project sounding like a summer party. The idea was to cover famous songs that everybody knows, by adding a personal touch. After returning to their studio in Italy, they chose a couple of well-known tracks of the 80’s and 60’s giving them a new sound: tropical and loungy. To create their Bossanova and power pop sounds, friends were invited supporting them with this beautiful sounding production. Francesco Piccinno on the piano Rhodes, Vito Porricelli on percussion and programming and Flavio Dapiran on trumpet - the result of months in the recording studio is brilliant and explosive. They greatly enjoyed playing together, so they all decided to form a band: Bossasonic to give the project a live dimension, a musical show, playing hits of the past and own compositions.
