Oh Laura
With a sly hint of country in their soft-spoken pop/rock, Swedish quintet Oh, Laura are Frida Öhrn (vocals), Jocke Olovsson (guitar), Joergen Kjellgren (guitar), Rikard Lidhamn (bass), and Magnus Olsson (drums). Owing equally to artists such as Joni Mitchell and Johnny Cash, their debut album, A Song Inside My Head, a Demon in My Bed, appeared in May 2007. The band gained exposure when its single "Release Me" was featured in a commercial for Saab that aired throughout Europe.
