Prelude EP
Our final release of 2013 is something of a prelude of what is to come in 2014, featuring some of the artists that will be releasing exciting Nu Disco projects with us throughout the coming year.
ODahl kicks things off with Big Moon, a funky, uplifting Nu Disco number full of the shiny, catchy melodies ODahl is renowned for. Elektromekanik takes us down more of a tropical route with bright mallet keys taking centre stage on Don't Stop, giving it a warming balearic feel. Olej brings us Be My Lover, it's something a touch deeper, with underlying Italo Disco influences topped off with a hypnotic male vocal. The release is rounded off in fine style by Moustache Machine's Brooklyn Days. With it's classic electro funk feel and retro synth hooks it is most definitely a portal back to the 80s!
