This album is a collection of original songs written on topics ranging from complex relationships to societal hypocrisy, with an original arrangement of a classic Cash song. The sessions were recorded in a historic farmhouse to capture the uncolored acoustic feel of the songs; so uncolored that the astute listener will hear the creak of the old wooden chair at the end of one of the songs.
