Mihai Puscoiu (born on 24 April 1986) comes from a musically-gifted Romanian family.

Mihai’s unique talent and abilities were discovered at an early age by his father, Costel Puscoiu (composer, panflute teacher and musician). When Mihai was only 3 years old, his father decided to start teaching him. At the age of 9, Mihai was admitted to the junior class of the Rotterdam Conservatorium. He then studied violin at the HAVO for Music and Dance in Rotterdam. He is currently studying Music Production at the Rotterdam Conservatorium and is studying the panflute on his own.

He has given numerous concerts in The Netherlands and other countries around the world, has won a number of prizes at music competitions and has performed on television many times.
