Florida based author and speaker Willie Spears makes music that inspires through motivational talks, chants and phrases.

Born and raised in the south Spears started rapping and making music in elementary school. In his teenage years he began motivating church groups and civic organization. Today Spears is an awarding winning Coach and Educator. As an Athletic Director Spears was in charge of approving music for all school athletic functions. He start finding it more and more difficult to give his stamp of approval on the music he received from coaches and players. Instead of complaining about the lack of appropriate music he decided to create his own genre: pep talks with a beat. This way he could add value to the life of the listening audience. After teaming up with Vance Praiz' Watt, who was named one of the greatest music artist of all time in St. Louis by St. Louis Magazine; Spears brand of motivation had it's finest ingredient.
