Eli Brown is an up and coming artist in the Metro Detroit area in more ways than one: Aside from his solo project, "The Motor City Rebel", he is the lead singer of STONEFORGE, a local Detroit hard rock band. Music has been a part of Eli's life from the day he was born. His father, Doug Brown, has played along side people like The Four Tops and Bob Seger, also releasing a local hit single in the early 80's under the name of "Doug Brown and the Ones".
Eli's friends and family were always pushing him to do something with his music, but he had decided he'd rather spend his time working on cars. Once he got a taste of making some real rock'n'roll, though, everything changed! Interestingly enough, production for this album started as a joke back in 2004.
