Techno originator and Godfather of TechnoSoul Eddie Fowlkes has relaunched City Boy Label with the Knucklehead series (no order!). This first track on the first volume is the namesake “Knucklehead 10.” On this track, a ticklish snare plays around a beat so hard driven you will swear it speeds up (but it doesn’t). By the time the muted vocal kicks in, if not before, the dancefloor will be going mad (Tech house or Detroit Technosoul).
"Sequence One" is playfully demanding and danceable for the super club kids and the newbies of the Detroit techno sound (Eddie Fowlkes’ sound). The fresh funky swing and fresh funky beats with a sexually overtoned vocal sample will make every DJ want to bang this.
